I'm off...

September 6th 2007 22:33
walkers

It’s holiday time for my husband and I. Later today we’re leaving for the States and England for 5 weeks. David is going take over my blog while I’m away and I’ll still be popping in for some burbling and maybe the odd film review-if I see anything over there...and I think we will. We saw films in Greece and Spain so I’d say we’ll do it in America.

I originally hail from the UK (Wales) to be exact, but lived in London for a few years. It’s a place of many happy memories. I can’t wait to get chomping on some English chocolate and crisps, Walkers cheese and onion to be exact. The thing is not to eat so much that I come home looking like ten-tonne Tessie.

Have fun everyone, I’ll speak to you soon and thanks, David.

Tracy

Tracy,

Remember what I told you. Do not wear a scarf at the airport when you arrive, and shut the blinds in the motel room after you've had a shower if you're drying your hair with a towel.

Have a great trip.

Hi Lara

Thank-you,I'm dedicated to enjoying it all...especially the chocs and crisps...and of course family and the countryside and my husband....

Fergs would've loved to spend time with you but he's off to my parents who treat him like a surrogate grandchild, he will be utterly loved and spoilt.

Have a good few weeks and see you when I get back,

Trace

Hi Lilla

I was thinking of you after your cockney post. Fergs is off to my parents for weeks of love and devotion and he will drive their dogs nutty...he thinks everyone wants to play so he shoves toys in their faces until they relent and then off they go!

I didn't know that about 625 and 635 in so many things nowadays, thanks for that info.

Hope you are well, see you in a few weeks,

Trace x

I have a Welsh friend, living in Australia, and say hello to my children as you're flitting about, you're bound to catch them on the run, somewhere.

Have a great holiday, can I come, I can be packed in 5 mins, panties, spare pants, clean blouse, Jacket, pants.

They'll have to do, I like travelling light, probably too late for a seat on the plane, so I'll go cybertravel. This is so exciting. Catch you in the US,

katyzzz

Enjoy. Look foward to hearing of your exploits. Make sure you call in to Brompton Road, Knightsbridge and splurge a little.

Blue skies and fair winds for your journey.

Have a great time, Tracy!

If you get down to the Florida Keys, stop in at Holiday Isle tiki bar on a Monday night--I'll buy you a beer.

Hi everyone

Thanks for all your wishes. Unfortunately I didn't have much luck in the internet dept while I was away-for some reason I couldn't log into my account so I could only look occasionally and vote. But I'm back now and looking forward to getting back into it.

Thanks for your help, David, it's much appreciated.

Thanks, Dusk. It's good to see you too.

I'm in the process of writing a post as well catching up on a million other things too!!! I'm having fun. The holiday was brilliant and I am also happy to be back seeing friends, family. Fergal and being in my own home.

I'm definietly still in relaxed mode and am aiming to hang onto that for as long as possible....to use a cliche ýou can only do what you can do'. Now, I just have to teach that to my workaholic husband

Hope you're well too,

Byeeeee
